As a consumer (natural person), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive — this notice is governed by Romanian law, as Teezy is a Romanian trader). Fill in and submit the withdrawal declaration using the form below.
Exception for personalized products
Most Teezy products are made to order, to your own specifications — custom graphics, text, size, color, or embroidery. Under article 16(c) of Ordinance 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. In practice, this means most Teezy orders are exempt from withdrawal once production has started.
- You can cancel your order free of charge if production hasn't started yet.
- If you cancel after production has started, a 20% handling fee applies, covering costs already committed.
- For non-personalized products (no design, text, or other customization applied by you), the full 14-day withdrawal right applies.
